  • What is your return policy ?

At Anastasia Sport we strive to provide you with an amazing and overall easy shopping experience. If for any reason you are not content with your purchase, we are sorry and will gladly assist you. We have a 14 day return policy starting from the date of purchase. You may email us at customerservice@anastasiasport.com

Please kindly keep in mind that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of items: swimwear and bodysuits.

All Anastasia Sport items must be returned unworn, unwashed, stain free, with original tags still attached and in the original bag.

  • Do you provide free returns ?

We will happily assist you with your return per our return policy, however at this time we are unable to offer free returns. The prepaid label cost varies based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed option chosen.

  • Can I change the delivery address if I provided the wrong address?

We understand that mistakes and typos happen, however please make sure that the information you enter during your checkout is correct. Due to how fast we process orders there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the incorrect address. We will definitely try though ! The sooner you let us know of the overlook the higher is the chance of us fixing it. Anastasia Sport cannot be held accountable for orders that are sent to the incorrectly entered addresses. We are not liable in replacing or refunding such orders.

  • I ordered the wrong size! Can I change it to the correct size?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, and your order has not yet been shipped, please email us at customerservice@anastasiasport.com ASAP, that way we can cancel your order and you may place a new one with the correct items. If the order was already shipped, it unfortunately cannot be modified. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.

  • I received an incorrect item, how can I change it?

If you received the wrong item, please email us right away. We strive to make sure that our customers' happiness and satisfaction comes first ! Please include your order number along with images of the packing slip, incorrect item and the barcode of the bag the wrong item came in. We will gladly assist you through the process of correcting this issue and cover any extra return charges.

  • Is there a return option on Sale items?

All sale items are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.
This does not apply to orders with a discount code.

  • How much does shipping cost?

This information is for domestic orders only.

We use USPS for shipping. Small order shipping (less than 1 pound) is $5.95. Large order shipping (more than 1 pound) is $10. All domestic orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping.

**During Black Friday- Domestic orders over $200 USD are eligible for free shipping.
